I can't upload pics.

I really don't know what's going on, but I can't post pics using the image tag in the options when I'm replying. I'm using photobucket and I'm pasting the direct link, but when I click on OK, nothing happens. Then, when I try to cancel the command, it won't let me exit out of it. I'm kinda stumped. Any suggestions? I have a couple of builds I would love to share. Thanks. BTW, how do I get the file size down to 2MB?

I can't help with Photbucket, but to get it to 2mb, reduce the picture size in Microsoft Word or Paint or something. I know there are online sites to reduce pictures, too, but I can't think of one off the top of my head.
