Hi this is the start of a mammoth task I have set my self recently . It is going to be a four way intersection with truck repair and a custom garage with paint shop . The truck repair shop will have its own yard for storage/parking rotting ground ^_^. The custom paint shop will have some parking so there is some room for a cruise night meeting place . The building are just mocked up and are made of thin corrugated plastic taped together . Im hoping to have it lit up with street lights and traffic lights too . The road surface is stone effect spray paint which has a speckled look to it I have to give the road a few more coats as I ran out while marking out where the Four way edges needed to go . I have to try to get some better pics of the road markings at a your average four way .

Wow, that certainly is an ambitious project Dave, and it should look really great when it is done. Looks like it's gonna be a big one with everything you have planned for it. I'll be watching this one as it progresses.

That is huge....

Just a tip,... you will want to prime and finish the bottom of the ply before you get much further on the top.

Adding all of the paint and primer to one side only, will make that side expand,...and cup,..upwards,...

Even plywood!

Cheers

Ha ha ha Thanks Ellen Its is mounted to the wall and it folds in half . The triangles on the sides make it in to a box so I can try to keep out the dust as I do my spray painting in there as well

Dave , I work in the same scale . Since I built trade show exhibits , now archectural models in historical socieites , everything I do is designed to be dissasembled and re assembled .
