Rick Schmidt
I finished up my Roadster tonight. I started with the Revell Basic builder kit. Cut the fenders from the frame unit then built up the chassis box stock. I took the kit engine and stripped it of all the molded in parts leaving only the block heads and transmission. I added all the stock parts from the Revell 56 Delray to the kit engine, and used valve covers from an AMT 57? Vette. I channeled the body down and moved the grille and cut the interior to match, then assembled what was left almost box stock.
James W
I like your approach to this build. The end result is very nice too. Those wheels are in the Revell kit I assume? They look sweet.
