Yes Sir it is...with the t-tops filled in. The California Highway Patrol test the Camaro back in 1979 for use in their fleet. I saw pictures of one restored and decided I had to try buliding it.

Not sure if this is what you guys had in mind, but somebody has to keep all you muscle cars in line. Sorry the pictures a little fuzzy.
