Extended Ford Econoline van

Recommended Posts

A while back I removed 1 1/2" from a Ford van to make a shorty. This time I took that material, added another rear axle, opened the rear door, and reshaped the side glass. It's covered in HOK limetime pearl with HOK sherwood accents. The inside has benches and diamond plate so people have room and comfort to change into swimwear and haul SCUBA tanks and skis. Oh yeah - I built the Hot Rod Hydro to match.

Jim, growing up in the 70's and 80', i remember these vans at the autorama's and gracing the pages of magazines. you hit this one out of the park! just enough detail and paint, love the rear door. the boats a great touch also. really brings back some memories.
