Smart-Resins
Quick update. I got the rear fenders and tubs on. Front fenders are mocked up. Thanks. Jody
VW Dave
The 1:1 in the first pic looks righteous, even if the steering wheel is on the wrong side. The fenders really seem to flow with the model, and I'm looking forward to more updates.

I'm not sure what has happened to it but I think it is being restored or something. Here is a copy of Custom Car Magazine from 1977 Mar 77 CUSTOM CAR MAG-REVENGE/TRANSIT/ESCORT ISSUE Item number: 270309676534 eBay item http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=270309676534 2 Days to go, might be worth a look even if you are not building an exact replica. I had this magazine in the past and Revenge is a colour centre spread. lots of pics, sometimes obscured by a semi naked young lady Sorry but I don't know how to post a direct link so you may have to cut and paste it to your browser. Smart-Resins
Alright, now I want more pictures and another pie wagon and anothe rJohn Butara build for the jag equipment. That looks like a dead ringer from the back to the pie wagon!! Just add the cowl from a paddy wagon.JOdy
Smart-Resins
It is hard to describe just what I want to do with the fenders, so I decided to show yall instead. Here is a few pics of the first side in the rough and being glued in now. The rear fenders will still gain the flare to match the back of the body and will be radiused to be molded or blended into the body along the sides. Thanks., Jody http://i440.photobucket.com/albums/qq126/s...0cab/Yes013.jpg

Smart-Resins
Dont tempt me!! if I could get the right parts cheap enough or in trades, I would. That is a nice one. Because it has simular body style to the pie wagon and the toco wagon, it got me thinking about this build! Otherwise the body probably would have just remained in my trade fodder until someone else wanted it!LOL. Jody
Abell82
What you are doing, is interesting, don't get me wrong. BUT If you could have built it stock, as a tow vehicle, for a second that had been turned into a watercraft, NOW that WOULD have been REALLY out of this world!! Smart-Resins
Sorry, seen that and done that. My other downfall Is I can not do box stock. Nobody has done a good enough model for me to not want to hack it!! LOL.
