fiatboy
I do not know who manufactures this kit, but I hope someone out there knows what kit I'm talking about. I wonder if it is a fairly good kit. Thanks
MachinistMark
The sportsman kit from revell? I haven't built it but I have built the 55 chevy version. Its good, bit fiddly at times but well detailed and fits well.
kitswapper
It was originally released as Rob Vandergriff's Soft Seal 57 chevy pro mod/top sportsman car. It's a excellent kit done like Revell/Monogram pro stock kits, no interior door panels and the body lifts off, great details
W-409
...And the best thing is, that the chassis can be kitbashed to fit inside another body. But yes, the kit is great, only problems were when I tried to get the roll cage installed, it needed some little cutting. Ohterwise I found no problems. And BTW: It's not a Pro Stock. kitswapper
Yes good Point... it's not or never was a pro stock kit, pro stock the earliest year of pro stock body style was 1967, the class was formed by the NHRA in 1970.
