W-409
I use the hood pins that are available here in Finland. Luckily we have one excellent shop what has all kinds of aftermarket goodies. These are made by Scale Dreams, and they do look good. MAGNUM4342
PE pins are fairly easy to score through several aftermarket companies. I have some I grabbed at Toledo that have two sizes of plate as well as Cotter and locking style pins. In a pinch you can use an appropriate size piece of tubing. Sharpen the end and use it to cut disks from bare metal foil. Then add your sewing needle and wire from a picture hanging kit. Use stranded wire and unwrap it so you only have one strand. That way you have the smallest wire possible.
