jmmendezl19
How do you apply the house of kolor flip flop with black base? Or just a white primer surface looks very good!

Old Coyote
How do you apply the house of kolor flip flop with black base? Or just a white primer surface looks very good! The House of Kolor Chameleon paints come with a gloss black base which the flip paint should be sprayed over. But watch out for that black base ....... it is a very "hot" lacquer that will eat up Testors, Tamiya, and Krylon primers (know from experience) ......... had to use Dupli-Color automotive primer
