Steve D.
I picked up two of the new kits last week , "ACES WILD" and the "CRUSADER" Each kit comes with options to build two different bikes .The options include tanks, wheels(one spoked and one Billet) pipes ,sidecovers , and carb covers . The options in the two kits are slightly different so the customizing possibility's are endless . The front forks are a different legnth so you can mix and match for a different rake for the drag bars and ......... My only suggestion for the build-up is that you cut the front forks just below the top brace so you can add the forks after painting the frame . Otherwise you will have to mask them off , while painting the frame and that to me is unacceptable . This week I bought a couple more and hope to have all four done for the Cape Cod show this Sunday . One was painted Met Green over gloss Black while the frame was met Green over Gold . Keeping with this theme I painted another met Red over gloss Black , with again the frame met Red over Gold . Both came out pretty nice , while the other two will make use of the kit decals If any one plans on attending the show make sure to look me up , I'll be all over the place . Take care and see you around the clubhouse ! Steve D.
Dave Van
Got one...yet to build but only hear good things so far. I know some guys who have built 3-4 already! Good to see Revell hit one.
Mr. Metallic
I agree, these kits are awesome. From the look of it the next two will have even more diffeten cool parts to kitbash. Should be out next month. I see myself building quite a few of these this winter. Hope to have my first finished late next week.
