Gotta love the '57 Chevy Bel Air

06 December 2013 - 08:26 AM

I must have been 10 the last time I tried to build a '57 Chevy.  I really look forward to putting this together and I should get plenty of practice with BMF on this.  I'm going to start this build a little slow this time but your comments and suggestions are always welcome.

I'll post pictures as soon as I have some.

See you soon!

AMT '57 Corvette Gasser (Finished)

29 November 2013 - 09:27 AM

This thing was an absolute nightmare.  Oddly, I now have a desire to build the retool of this kit to see how much easier it is.  I know there are several imperfections with my creation but it is actually at a point that I can call "finished".  Please keep in mind that this thing is much more shiny in real life.  I made the mistake of using the flash on my camera which took the shiny away.  ^_^

Enjoy the pictures and thanks for looking.

'32 Ford Street Rod

21 November 2013 - 11:58 AM

In being over anxious to finish up my Corvette; I've started a new one. =)  This one is a 1932 Ford Convertable and it will be basically box stock.  I have two engines to play with and one is from this kit and the other is from a 33 Ford P/U with blower and supercharger.  I'm really wanting to keep this kit pretty simple as it would be nice to actually complete one.  Pictures coming very soon.
