1962 Chev Biscayne

Recommended Posts

Talking to my dad over the weekend, and he mentioned that he wanted to build a replica of the first car they had after moving to Canada. Interesting, as he builds boats and planes, hasn't done a a car in decades.

So I'm going to try nad source everything he needs for his birthday.

From what I can tell a 1962 Biscayne 2-door has never been kitted.

I've done some searching, and other than the now defunct Modelhaus, I haven't been able to find a seller, except for some EBay guys.

Does anyone know of a source for a resin Biscayne? And if so, what kit would be used as the base? I'm thinking the Revell 62 Impala.

THanks!

Dan
