AC Mack Tractor Trailer

Bought a few Monogram stakebed kits , just came with complete body, complete bed, sub frame for bed,tires and wheels, dash,hubs, windshield frame and seat frame. Scratched out the frames, everything else is parts box. Need to get some chain for the drives, just not finding any that look good yet. All paint is a satin finish, also the engines were gone, so its curbside.

A conversion like that with box trailer is on my list to do.  My grandfather drove a AC with short box trailer from Pocahontas county WV to Charleston. Up one day, back the next....5 days a week.  He had to use US 60 which today is pretty much the same as it was back then.....a WILD ride in a modern car.....in that AC.....wow!!
