carsntrucks4you Posted September 18, 2022 Posted September 18, 2022 (edited) This is not a not a Sinotruck but it is a rebadged Sinotruck that is sold under the Diamond Reo brand. This particular truck is a Diamond Reo DRA7 380 HP 8x4 truck, not a Diamond Reo Giant. The Giant is a 6x4 Prime Mover or Semi truck as it is know in the US. Raoul Ross Posted September 25, 2022 Posted September 25, 2022 (edited) BTW, what is that thingy hanging from the vent shade in front of the windshield? ...and is it 4 wheel steering? Edited September 25, 2022 by Raoul Ross
Fabrux Posted September 25, 2022 Posted September 25, 2022 The thingy on the vent shade is an extra mirror. Definitely four wheel steering being that close together.

Yea I fig'rd it was 4 wheel steering, being that close together. But I can't believe that's a usable mirror, it must be a Vanity Mirror... prob'ly has a a web cam in it too! HA!

Parking aid, and so you don't squish anyone right in front of your bumper where you can't see. You see similar mirrors on the back of vans and people movers.
otherunicorn Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 I ended up finding the exact model for it on Diamond Reo's current web page!
