I was looking at a thread on a heavy equipment forum (there was a similar thread somewhere on this forum, too, but I lost it) about abandoned logging equipment, and I noticed that there were multiple trucks with what appeared to be Clark planetary hubs on the rear wheels, so I'm wondering: does any company make any resin planetary hubs for big rigs? I know AITM (now Keystone) had these super heavy-duty wheels and tires with Rockwell and generic planetary hubs, but I don't think those could be separated from the wheels...at least, not to my knowledge.

A while back I made this axle. I think Charles has the file (Texas 3D Customs) if not, I can send it to him.

It has these tires to go with it:

I also have this axle I have been working on for a while. It is from a Scania Truck. I have the complete chassis, axles, engine, trans, frame etc. I have a complete truck minus the cab.

Post some pictures of what you are looking for. Anything is possible. I hope to be able to expand the heavy truck offerings this next year.

Oh, I forgot about this. Its a 14x24 military style wheel and tire I drew. I still need to draw the rears to match, but this would be along the heavy duty line you are looking for.

Yeah, I saw the front axle in the other thread. Those 14 x 24 military-style wheels would be PERFECT for this project I have in mind.

As for planetaries, I was thinking more in line of the Rockwell PS250 or the Clark 20-ton planetaries that were commonly used by monster trucks. Unfortunately, it seems that the only way I can get the Clark 20-tons is if I rip them off from a newer Monster Jam kit such as Jurassic Attack.

Kit Form Services has some hub reductions, mostly European but some might work for you.

Those look really good, but like I said, I'm looking for stuff for American trucks such as Petes and Kenworths.
