Strange Issue

I just set up a rebuilt computer to replace an all-in-one that was giving me some problems.  The problem with this one is when I click on 'page 2' the page opens at the bottom rather than going to the top of the page.  It will also occasionally open in the middle of a topic.  Anyone else experiencing this or do I have a possessed computer - actually they are all possessed to a certain degree.

Ricky . . . When I click on a newly posted comment to a topic, I want to be taken to the bottom of the last page, but . . . usually it takes me to the top of the page, or even to a page that is several pages before the last page. I find this is quite unpredictable, so maybe it is not unusual ?
