krishna.iskandana Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Hi, this is a ferrari GTO kit from italeri. The original rims and stance ( ride heights, etc ) were somehow didn't feel right, so I changed the rims and adjusted the ride heights. Let me know what you think and thanks for Looking Krishna Iskandana Perth, WA
crispy Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Another clean build of a very cool car. My only thing, and it is personal opinion, not a fan of the wheels. The car looks great lowered but I think the design and color of the wheel just doesn't fit the persona of that GTO. Chris
B_rad88 Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 nice gto! are those kits hard to find? are they expensive? and to me, black is perfect, but with ferrari f50 rims instead!!!!!!
RodneyBad Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Sweet. I'm 50/50 on the wheel color. Black or Gunmetel I do think they look better than the stock option. Looking good..
Nick F40 Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 OHHH MAN!!!! You aren't disappointing! My kind of Ferrari builds. and I hate Ferrari's.....what?
vizio93 Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 i like the wheels. i'm with zukiholic the color is 50/50. black would look really good.
diymirage Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 i like it the car looks very real the only thing i would comment on (dont take this the wrong way) is the red paint on the seats, they look plasticky rather then leather i would suggest a duller paint for that next time (the paint looks awesome on the engine plastics though, same paint ? )

janositamas Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Very nice build, congrats! I like how the rim-change turned out, I like this beast with those more modern-looking 5-star rims underneath, but I have to admit the color of them just don't suit the theme in my opinion! Superb build overall!
Linetex Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 What can I say just great nice rims and etc.Keep going.
Dann Tier Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 Its nice to see that someone has built one of these cars. you did a great job! im building mine next year.
D. Battista Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Great job man...! The first thing I thought when i saw this was... wow that looks really cool with those wheels and in that color ....gives it a good stance...! very racy...I like the look a lot...!
StefanH. Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Looks perfect! It's good to have those old Tamiya-rims in the partsbox, right?
