krishna.iskandana Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Hi again, This is a lamborghini miura P 400 SV from hasegawa, built out of the box with the same colour with the previous murcielago roadster which I've posted before. The colour is candy lime green from tamiya. Let me know what you think and thanks for looking. Best Regards Krishna Iskandana Perth, Western Australia The murcielago roadster
Railfreak78 Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Those look very nice! Looks like the door vents on the Miura must have been hard to foil.
Jon Cole Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 OK, my honest opinion... I LIKE them both! That color makes them pop out and slap your eyeballs!
Jim Gibbons Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 The Muira is one of my favorite car designs, and both your Lambos came out beautifully.
vizio93 Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Nice job on both of those Lambo's man !!! I like that green color too ;)
mediamonk Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Love the color, and I like the "then and now" type pairing.
krishna.iskandana Posted July 30, 2010 Author Posted July 30, 2010 Those look very nice! Looks like the door vents on the Miura must have been hard to foil. Thanks, actually the door vents originally came in chrome, so it wasnt necessary to foil...
TurboKitty Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I absolutely love the Miura, it is a gorgeous car. Both builds look great, very nice work!
Forrest Gump Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 This is super! As a young man, I had a business partner in Germany who collected Lambs. His prize was a 67 Miura in which he proceeded to pick me up one hungover Sunday morning and drive us up to and around the Nurburgring. I soon got over the hangover but it was rough. The car was fun on the track but I remember having to keep it at about 100 mph to keep the steering light. It was really heavy and not the easiest to steer at a low speed. We only went about 165 cause we didn't want to strain the engine. This brought back great memories.

I haven't seen chrome door vents on a Miura and was wondering why you went there. Those questions aside, quite wonderful builds.
