donr Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Can anyone give me any information about a large plastic Duesenberg Roadster (1934 Rollston JN Conv.) kit made by Ringo Toy Corp.? This model is 18 in. long, and was probably made in the early 1960's. The kit number is C-601/600. I think the scale is about 1/12. I have searched the internet, but come up with nothing.
Modelmartin Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Ringo took over all of the ITC tooling and kits. If you look under ITC you wll have better luck.

My kit must be an earlier Ringo version made from the original molds. My kit has no motor, the tires are plastic, and there were no chrome parts. The box has a green roadster pictured. Any idea what this complete kit might be worth?
f1ford48 Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 (edited) I have a few of these built that I want to re-do.will take a lot of added detail in this scale to be a nice model.heres a few pics that were found on line. it is the largest scale model of a Duesy ever produced for sale. sjordan2 Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 That's the best build I've ever seen of this kit. I painted mine black and silver with a brown interior, and had to make tire treads out of putty.
midengineaddict Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) This is the same car but shortened and in 1:24 mixed with an Enzo kit ... it is not finished and the front axle is not in the best place but it' different of the 1932 ford, I love the body style.
