  1. Thanks everybody! I believe the tires are from the "Hogan's Hero's" jeep. I bought it as a bag of parts mainly for the tires!

    Lee: Sorry,I only had one set!

    Riley: The local "Derby" where I live also has a race that turns into more of a derby and they allow a windshield, I should have been a little more specific since the races inspired this build.

    Austin: I did actually relocate the battery and a crude fuel tank inside, but didn't post the pictures because they were kind of blurry, but here is a couple anyway:

    I added various body braces and damage. All the numbers, writing, and logos are hand painted.

    Chassis was weathered, rear was braced, and the fender-wells were removed

    Dan, I'm a different Kevin Kovach, I'm from Maryland and I was born In '93. I do remember seeing a scale auto contest issue with another guy named Kevin Kovach though, a clean build too.
