Found an origional in a decent box from Fred's in Buffalo. Lowered to the ground, filled in trunk, removed rubber from running boards and shot it with Testors 2 step bronze. Didn't clear coat just used turtle wax.

Thanks guys, been building for 55 years and just getting the hang of it, but now my hands get shaky and my vision is blurry. Oh well lifes tough. Usually build the large cars (KW, Pete's, A-car's etc.) but once in a while I'll build a car. Hey Vaughn, the interior is painted with Poly S #F414278 depot buff, paint dries flat but I hit it with Turtle wax express shine spray wax to give it a look of vinyl or leather.

Built OOB, only change was to rear suspension to level the car and rear plate mounted on the bumper instead of the trunk lid. Tamiya maroon and some BMF. Nice kit to build.

  14. Nice lookin' fleet truck, I like the detail on the steps.
  15. Thanks Jim.
  16. Tech help needed. I'm working on two AMT Westernstar's and have extended the frames 1 and 3/4 inches making the wheelbase 9 and 3/8 inches. What does that equal in 1:1 ?
