  1. Yeah I think so. That's where the Paint poll i posted came from. Shooting for the trailer as well
  2. This is the truck I am doing. Just making it my own
  3. I did. But due to the fact that I moved the cab and sleeper back to give the right distance between the door and original fender location has made it longer in the back. But I still had to cut the front of the nose Down to place the grill in the right position. With that all said I ended up taking the advice to move the front axle forward to center a bit the wheels a bit better in the fender location...and in all of that the end result was coming out with a long nose Pete lol. Just another truck I wanted to build anyhow lol the main color will be blue. The frame and a set of stripes on the side will be orange
  4. The tape says it all so it's a mach up. But long nose pete?
  5. I may. I do I do like painted buyers on show trucks. May go that way. May even get creative and make an electronic bumper lift kit
  6. Yeah I want the sounds and all that but I'm going to get it all ready first. And at the moment I'll stick with the original and later on probably upgrade the engine gears and bushings to bearings. I'm also thinking about purchasing a set of the 20 spoke rims for it later on. Sadly I really really want a set of spiked center caps but nobody sells them with the rims I want or even just by themselves lol
  7. All I got a pic of is the paint scheme I'm wanting to do on it. Otherwise I'm just building a show truck. I want a low bumper and I still want to play with it but I don't want it to drag the ground because I hit a small crack lol. Also I'm thinking of putting the headlights in the bumper. And you should be able to find them at rc4wd.com I believe. You will have to search lorider on the the site. I think I may have gotten the last 5 packs though :/
  8. Oh alright. I'll have to look at that when I get home. And yeah I need to make one as well. Plus I feel like I'm going to make a bumper to because all the ones I found won't fit with mine because I channeled it
  9. Yeah I was thinking about that..and your meaning just moving the axle forward on the leafs right? And yeah that's what I did with the brackets. Made my day when I noticed I could do that. Saved a ton of work. Being a show rig I still shaved the mounts off the bottom of the floor pan as well. I roughly set the cab down over the frame a half inch and then added the low pros which in return made the truck look a full inch lower with out changing the actual ride hight to much. I think my biggest deal with the hood is that I feel the grill is going to stick out to far away from the fenders so I'm thinking of moving it back an 1/8 of an inch or less.
  10. That was the only place large enough to take a good pic of this thing haha. That is a full sized stove and it was barley big enough. Should give an idea of the scale
  11. Yeah but I still feel like I'm needing to bump the grill back a bit even if I don't change the front of the fenders
  12. Thank you. I guess at some point I could post a full pic of it haha
  13. I honestly feel that it is the low pros that are messing with me. Here is the difference between the two
  14. Here is my fender dilemma. I've already done a bunch of work to get it this far and still a bunch more to go but I'm just not sure about the front
