Thank you, I dropped the ball on that rim, before the model got placed into it's box, that wheel took a beat down. The walls are birch veneer that I found in the scrap wood pile out back.

I promise there will be no log in my next diorama, thank you for taking the time to look at the pictures. I just have to say I was beating on that log with a hammer and it turned out the roof was stronger than the walls.

Sorry to be hogging your post, I posted some pictures in the diorama section here, called white road boss and not thinking before there is at least 1 load, a large pump palletized in that diorama.

It's funny you bring this idea up, I found this the other day and am planning to load it to either a trailer or a flat bed train car, I like seeing heavy equipment being hauled, the kits are few and well... They need to be modified to ride a truck. Now if you we're willing to change your scale the options become endless.

This is a white road boss, it is the first plastic scale model I built, I wanted to take it apart and rebuild it, I am not sure I would have learned anything. I had a lot of trouble with the hood, I did get it to work, however decided to take it back off so you could see what is under there, I did rework on the parts I needed to take off, and tried to leave the actual truck as original as I could.

This is an AMT White Road Boss, it is the first plastic scale model I built, as far as I built was to this point before I moved on, and after sitting for a year returned to it, I hope I will have more pictures of the finished model posted soon, they will appear in the diorama section.

Have you gotten started, on this yet, I have been hoping to luck into one of these trucks, I have some pictures of this model assembled if you would be interested
