Thank you guys, JC this is the mini bike that comes in the old Monogram Vandal van kit.

This is a 60's Taco Mini Bike you can have with just 4 small modifications. First cut off the gas tank from the front of the seat to the front forks then replace with small rods like the frame, then make an air cleaner, add an exhaust pipe, then add a gas tank, and you have a 60's Taco Mini Bike it even has Taco on the side motor cover already. This ones going in my bike repair shop just finished the base for it.
