I saw this truck sittin behind the Walgreens here in town the other night.

Well, I guess a good thing this contest has all year to complete. Too bad for the home obligations. I just ordered a few more pieces photo etch from Detail Master and model car garage. This build will definitely be pushing my skills. I've never worked with photo etch parts before, except the grille that came with my Big John Mazmanian Willys. I have a good set of cutters and files. Hope this little adventure looks good in the end.

Looks awesome man. You've probably already answered this in other builds, but what do you use to cut the doors that keeps the keeps the gap so tight? I want to do opening doors on a few Peterbilt builds I have coming up.

The wheelbase on these is real close to the same. This is my first all out bash build. Good thing I have all almost year to finish it.

She gave me the ok to buy a new airbrush and she is carrying our first born, a little boy is in the oven.

Out of necessity I picked up another Snap KW. While at the Lobby I got a Passche H set air brush.

I heard on the radio today it's spouse appreciation day. So I got my wife some flowers.

I'll post pics this week, but I finally have all the key pieces for my entry. A little change, I decided to go with a 56 Nomad instead of the Del Ray. So I'm building a twin turbo small block powered 56 Chevy Nomad with NASCAR suspension.
