  1. Yep, that's a good place for that.
  2. I tend to paint everything just in case there's an area that can be seen that I may have missed in mock up.
  3. Kurt does very nice work. I can't wait to get my hands on that trailer he's work in on too.
  4. Lookin good man. Are they gonna have the 1:1 done in time for truck in for kids in Oct. Very nice work so far.
  5. I've decided that I'm gonna build that little pete. I'm gonna use a snapper so it won't be exact, but close enough for who I build for. I'm gonna do 2 snap petes. First is gonna be stretched out to 285 for the last livestock trailer and the little day cab. The stretched pete your gonna like it JT, it's gonna be like your orange KW.
  6. I love these Rivieras. I really want to build a couple.
  7. Looks good man. Nice work so far.
  8. Well then, I'll take 1 of each if that's case.
  9. I'm not a fan of the Beetles or their music. But I can appreciate what they did. They burst onto the US music scene and made an impression. But I think some aspects of music could've been different had that plane not crashed, would the Beetles have been as big of deal or not, we will never know. Ritchie Valens was talented, kinda of the Backstreet Boys or Justin Dweeber of his time. Hard to say if he would've had a long shinning career or burnt out quickly. Buddy Holly and the Big Bopper were going strong, made their impressions and on their way.
  10. Well there's only 1 way to get better, push our limits and create new 1s. Wish that theory worked to make my pocket limit deeper, but I'll go ahead accept my skills limit.
  11. Dude, you are amazing. I'm guessing this is the big project you've dropping hints about. I'll take 2 with a set of Alcoa and 255 tires. I'll be following this.
  12. Beautiful man. I'm diggin that Riviera. I need to get a few of those, I really like that year.

  16. Welcome. It's good to know there are still people willing to try to get kids into the hobby.
  17. Looks good so far. The roof A/C would give it that classic look, as would the center 3 cab lights painted green. This is gonna be a looker when it's done. Nice progress.
  18. Looks good bud. I need to get going on mine. These cool little kits. Well done.
  19. Well done Chuck. I'll definitely be picking up a few of these.
  20. You know Seattle is gonna be cleaning house in the off season. That was a bad decision to pass when they were so close. Just for that reason.
  21. Some are also for the jake brakes. On C12s there's a big air line that goes from the drivers side to the passenger side. I think, im not positive, the compressor puts pressure into the intake to help get the high cylinder pressure needed for a diesel engine. I haven't seen any water cooled air compressors before. The major supply air lines are big, which almost look like water lines on a small block Chevy or Ford, which ever you prefer. Maybe one of current or former diesel mechanics could chime in with a little info.
  22. This is out of control. Awesome work. I almost feel not worthy enough to even look at this project.
  23. Lookin good dude. I hope this year I can get some of my big car builds done. Great progress so far man, keep at it!
