marty....i just used testors one coat lacquer for the 1st time....i misted on a light coat...the next day i laid on a wet coat went on beautiful...im like'n it....neal

hi jeff dont know how far u be willing to travel but the town of newburgh model car club which glue cure john mentioned is a grt8 club...i was a member for several yrs til i moved to fla...i really miss them...nothing like them in my area of fla... u can find them on fotki under TNMCC....neal

hi all u diorama builders...hope u caught the 1st surf diorama...i rescued a 29 for woodie from ebay (pic in under glass)... so i had to redo my diorama to make room for the woodie...also added more girls and other related stuff...including a few fla gator stuff....don't be a hater...lol....."gator's rule" hope u like my new and improved version...coments welcome...thanks...neal

i would like to thank every1 who responded to my ques....geo i checked out scale models by chris didnt find anything i needed....scott ditto with Scale Equipment Limited ....and envious...i did order that set from motor head...and some beer cases from flatheads garage....thanks again ever1....neal

hi made another surf rod out of it...had 2 make a larger diorama base (that will be posted shortly)....i weathered the body added real wood to the outside and the floor....roof...and side wall inside...rebuilt the 4 banger (against my nature to leave the 4 banger in it)...covered the seat with material...wheels out of the parts box...wired and plumb the engine..designed a couple of new surf boards...now all i need is accessories for the back like a cooler...boogie board etc...any1 now where i can find these please let me know...thanks for look'n...

final update....

i rescued this from ebay...i weathered the body...did all the wood work inside and out...covered the seat with material...redoing the engine (Fletch no flathead..lol)...new set of wheels...new tinted glass... last shots be4 under glass...
