harry the axle is not actually dragging...u can slide a couple sheets of paper under it....so in scale there is pleanty of room....lol

hi every1....this started out as a rat rod but quickly changed into a surf rod...when i rescued it from ebay it had surf boards on it so gave me a new direction...i decided to make a small diorama out the sand is is from st pete's beach, fla...and the stones and shells are from honeymoon beach in dunedin, fla.... of it hope u all like....neal

well this started out as a rat rod...but when i rescued it from ebay it had surf boards on the roof so i decided to make it a surf rod....i weathered the body...the interior has a flames head liner with blk and white checkered seat covers....there are 2 detailed figures inside...the engine is a detailed flat head...the wire wheels are from the parts box i put a blk wash on them...the vette rear is also from the parts box...i painted and designed the surf boards...u can also see the diorama of this build in the diorama section....

just one mike "chop it"....after that everything will be good....N

the 1st of 2 ratrods i have been working on is ready for pickup at "Jesse's rod shop"....features a 409 w/hilborn injection..wired and plumbed....quick change rear....1926 fla license plate....

awhile back someone built a 39 chevy streetrod chopped resin body and posted the web site where u can buy it...i had it in my fav's but my puter crashed....i tried searching for it but when i type in 39 chevy just about everything is listed...thank you....neal.. thank eve1 i found it...at...Race Motor Replicas

hi ev1....these are the 1st 2 of several ratrods that im planning in the near future...in the past months i have been rescuing old rods from ebay.... this is a model T i chopped and put a 409 with hilborn fuel injection...i also put a blk and white headliner in it the next is a 31 ford sedan that im making into a rat surf rod....putting a flathead ....covered the seats....and did a flamed headliner...havent decided on the wheels yet....but the surf boards are done... new pic....

roadhawg...yes real leather seats....they are unreal...bought 2 sets from a modeler at the NSRA streetrod and model show in tampa last yr..... Jody...had a real problem with the chop picked the wrong kit to open the doors and chop...i tried most every kinda glue i have to hold the front section on but as u can see in my really grt8 photo it didnt work...(###### new camera...lol)...i wish i new of the wire inside the post i thought about trying to drill the posts but was afaird i might get them off center anyway thanks for ur coments and as a 4 footer it looks pretty good....neal

hi eve1...just finished my first attempt of chopping the top and opening the doors....the paint is...nail polish...broadway burgundy frost...the engine is a big block chevy wired with aluminum valve covers...the interior has leather seats...photo etched gagues and steering wheel the door panels and back wall are done in black parper with white stripes...real wood pickup bed comments welcome....
