Started on detailing the engine. Painted a bit, and put on some PE parts. Also got a few more decals on the body.

I painted all the black pieces, so there are soon ready for some detailing. I started to put on some decals but i made a bu-bu on the nose ESSO decal After putting on some micro-sol i scratched it with my nail. So.... no nose decal.

Hey David. I was sitting for 2½ maybe 3 hours yesterday planning my build. what to paint first, how to divide all the pieces in colour. So today it was just, cut the parts from sprue, clean them, wash them, divide them, paint basecoat. But after 3½ hours it is still just the body that got paint on it

so almost 2 hour now. This is what i got so far. Box content PE Parts I did wash the parts and did some gluing on engine and body parts Painted some PE parts I also dechrome the turbos headers and exhaust Got some paint on the shell. so in about 30-40 min it will get 1 coat of clear..

Hi Bernard. I was thinking that i will go with a perlewhite. Hi David. Yes the stipes are decals. The stripes came with the kit and it was actually quite easy to make them fit. Hi Curtis. The paint is Vallejo model air WOOD (71.077) over a grey primer. -
Hi. So i started this kit a couple of weeks ago, and i was in my zone so i forgot to take pictures from the start of the build. (BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH) . But anyway this is what i got so far. i usually always start with the engine or body but this time i started with the interior. i really think i got of to a good start. but thats just my opinion. i will have to make a few touch ups, but nothing major. It is a Revell kit scale 1/24 Next was the breaks. I decide to drill them out for a more realistic look. But i dont know how big the effect will be, when the wheels are on. Breaks before And after It is not much but there are still a difference..

So i finally got around to do some work on my Ford.. I finish the engine and the wheels and tires. Looking at it now i feel like putting some more time into this build

Love the paint.. Really nice progress. Will be following this build.

Living room light/ DISPLAY CASE
Amar2300 replied to Amar2300's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
i got them from IKEA. It's really for dvd's. But i just add extra shelves... Just and just... A lot of work went in to these. All the led lighting is from my local hardware store. The transformer that came with the led's was only powerfull enough to power 7 bars. So i have also built in a bigger transformer. All the mirrors has been cut by a glazier. And all the (story plates) the plates that cover all the wireing is also cut in my local hardware store. As are the signs on top -
Living room light/ DISPLAY CASE
Amar2300 posted a topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I decided to make my display case a part of my living room. It started with one cabin then two. And now i have nine but the wife only let me have 5 in the living room?. Let me know what you guy's think so i can tell her is a brilliant idea? -
This is a Peugeot 905 kit from Heller. I most admit this is the worst kit ever to fall in my lab. There was parts on the instrutions that was not in the box. And the whole body on the kit was off set. So i tried to make the best of it.. Has sole of you guy's Trier to makke this kit? And did you have the same problems,or is just me who has been unlucky.. Here is what i made so far. I will display it without the body mounted so i tried to make the engine stand a bit. I drill the airfilter to put the tubes in... I know is not correct but it looks better i think.
