  1. Thanks to my man NYCHARLIE 1962 for getting me really back into modeling and painting my own cars. I'm still getting the hang of painting cars and yeah...I know some of you might laugh...put I still use brushes and spray paint cans. Charlie is going to teach me how to be the Master Painter like him! Here is one of the latest projects, Bandai Bugatti Royale Type 41 Coupe De Ville. I decided to paint it all black instead of the white insert on the rights sides of the hood. The all black just appealed to me better. I drilled out the ignition wires and added a few more custom "looking" engine details and a carpet made from the inside of a glove! Well here they are...
  2. Excellent work as always...Charlie!
  3. Hello everyone, new to the forum...this is my first 1/16 model and first "big rig". I didn't want to do the 70's colors and version that was in the box, therefore I opted for a more modern look. I sprayed the body with black primer, then black metallic then finished it with clear...paint could be better...but I haven't painted models in over 30 years...not to bad! I also lowered the suspension to give it a sleeker look. Enjoy!
  4. Hello everyone! I stumbled upon this site while looking up some info and was amazed by all the unbelievable work from you guys (gals). I recently started to get back into model car building after I realized I was passionate about it as kid. Oddly enough the last time I worked on a model car (prior to 4 months ago) was in my teens! I had a small city set up with tractor trailers, planes, at least 30 models...my brother came in one night after partying to hard....fell on my "City of dreams". All my models were destroyed. 30+ years later...I decided to start back up! Look forward to posting pics and tips!
