  1. . . . and check out the cool engine options
  2. Interesting thing about cars built in a "Hot Rod" style, the first thing your eyes are drawn to are the engine and firewall. Just sayin' That just might be the point of this style build." relatively small (e.g., the firewall on the possible '30 A Coupe kit) and possible (e.g. the blower in this same kit) inaccuracies" indeed.
  3. "Same Group" Model A '28-'29 Model A '1930 1931 Model A ( don't be confused by the Chevy hood sides ) 1932 Deuce (on a Model A)
  4. Nothing I've ever seen. That's the point.
  5. One picture is all you need,It's not a fuzzy pixelated picture as some may have you believe. Bad angle ? It's not about the angle. It's too straight and too tall . It doesn't represent any existing Roots type blower. How is it You're sure the final product will be "Just Fine" ?
  6. Where did anyone say that?
  7. Yeah, you really got a handle on it.
  8. Look at all the cool stuff that no longer resides in their multiple release '55 Chevy kit of yor. Maybe this would be a good candidate for opening up the gates / reverse engineering some of those old parts?
  9. Yep, sand er down. Just take a little off the bottom. Some blowers do bolt up differently as in the S.C.o.T. Bill was speaking of. But this ain't one of 'em.
  10. Hey, kemosabe or what ever name you're hiding behind, what's YOUR solution ? Just except the status quo ? How about contributing something along with the rest of us instead of name calling, innuendo, and what ever else it is you're doing behind your anonymity . There are some of us here with experience , time and skills in the automotive fields.

  12. Did you forget this ? You have to remember the original kit from whence the Badman and The Street Machine came from was made to be built as a hard top, convertible or with the bubble top, thus the hard top wasn't attached / molded with the body, giving us the wonky version later on.
  13. Many here forget we are only expressing OUR thoughts, ideas, views, observations and opinions.
  14. 1) Classic Original 2) Bad Man 3) '55 Chevy' Street Machine 4) '55 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible
  15. "Lil bit of sanding on the new kit blower, problem solved." "The blower is easy. There are a ton of kits with nice blower that you can rob from." $25 for a new kit , why should one have to go to these lengths to get what is supposed to be a scale rendition of something real ? Not "Toy Like" or just about right. "Measure it with a piece of string. Mark it with chalk. Cut it with an ax." "Close enough."
  16. 4 bolts ? That's so's ya can get the trendy " Artillery" wheels.
  17. Option "S" Option "T" Option "O"
