In reference to other post in this thread in regards to the feasibility and likelihood of production of "one off" dedicated molds going nowhere. I.E. the Hemisfear , Impression and Grand Master. One shot kits with no future as discussed many times in many other threads by many experts touting the idea that a kit must have some "after life"
Growing up in Tucson AZ in the sixties we had a term for a dark hued primer that I don't hear much of anymore. "Hot Rod Primer" , maybe it was like "racers tape" (duct tape) or 200MPH tape. Not black, not gray, Hot Rod Primer.
Interesting aside, Rodders Journal just posted a "life Time " subscription for $200. Two hours later, You snooze you looze it was over. They only took 500 subscriptions for a cool $100,000.oo quick cash. The magazines must be in a bind.
Ken, Ken, Ken, you're going about it all wrong.
Don't you remember rule #1 ?
Open box, find two engine half's, glue together, put back in box. Then ponder what to do next.
Welcome back.
So Rob, what DID you do with it ? Check some of these out : https://www.google.com/search?q=monogram+badman+55+chevy&espv=2&biw=1600&bih=775&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=y791VavlIcWbgwTHxoPwBw&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ#imgrc=_
Nope, not photo shopped Harry.
"Show Rods" ? I hardly think so. Aside from the front wheels / tires I don't even see any parts that would be usable in any other build. Don't even ask me why I wouldn't want to build anything other than one of these stellar kits.
