  1. Thanks. Just about my favorite real car. I believe I used testors gold, and testors military flat tan on the frame and then clear coated it.the part that sticks out under the tombstone and gas tank is hand mixed to the approximate color .
  2. This is a monogram vandal I cut about 2 inches out of It was my first try
  3. they are kits. The smaller one is a polar lights, no figures, but you can get the fusion core lights aftermarket, 20 diff sequences and tsds has interior decals. The big one is a 1/35 Mobius models kit. They sell the LED light kit for it as well. Tsds has decals for the interior. The LEDs have external power ,and the fiber optics I put in are run off one battery. No figures. They are 1960's vintage Marx toys astronauts I cut and painted.the figures in the small one are from the flying sub model. Monogram

  7. i bought a lot of tires and rims on eBay. The rims i think are mpc, and the tires are old style hard plastic, don't know what brand but they are cool.

  13. Got this far today . Lowered and tire and wheel swap.
  14. This zimmerit is hand applied. I used fast dry spackle and the tip of a small flat screwdriver. You can chip it in spots to simulate hits.as for paint , I use water based art paint from AC Moore for about a dollar a bottle . mixes good drys great looks good and flat for military stuff.
  15. The way I paint German tanks is an approximate color match because no two tigers were ever painted the same and probably never the same shade. Usually , the weathering changes most colors anyhow.
