Love your subject choices. Is the Shapeways print just the body or ?
Shapeways printed the body part around the seats and dash. A rudimentary seat is included in the print. I removed that seat and installed seats from my stash of 1/25 Ford Model Ts. The dash is made from scrap wood.

Thanks for the compliments. Please note that the 3d printings do take a little extra preparation before painting. Be patient!

Just as beautiful as the other one you posted. Excellent craftmanship . And I like the color, subdue but classic.
Elephant Grey was one of the colors offered for this model from the factory. Thanks for the compliments. The Shapeways 3d prints need a lot of sanding to make them ready for paint. Be prepared for that.

Well done! More colorful than expected from the early stuff.
This is one of the original colors for this vehicle. Found one of these in a museum with original paint this yellow.
Thanks for the comments.

Beautiful work! How did you finish the brass or did they come plated?
I cheated, the brass came plated. I just touched up where tdhey were attaced to the sprue.

The body, hood, dashboard, toolbox, and seat cushions are wood. The seat form is styrene. The remainder is either cast or sheet metal. Thanks for the comments.

Very nice build. I've been long curious about the 1/16 Entex kits. I've considered chasing one of the Packards.

Thanks. The Entex models lend themselves easily to detailing the engine compartment.

Scientific advertised they would be making other car models as well as ships. This is the only one they actually produced. One of the last wood or partial wood models.
