  12. beautyfull truck man, try putting a light above and re shoot the pictures to really see that paint glitter. I can see to many shadows, even your arms. just a sugestion. Will like to see more details, Love this truck I collect photos of the best work here and this is one of them.
  13. You know these could be a great theme for a future buildoff extreme street gt cars. must be street legal, 4 passenger-+ = and must go 200 mph plus, NO EXOTICS TWO SEATERS..... JUST AN IDEA.
  14. COOL RIDE THERE, thanks fo the interest, but it is not a group 5 from the era. We are trying to do full historic race cars, this is a street car build today. I really will love to see it build man even it does not fit in this build off. wicket
  15. I was not so crazy about the torus. but this one looks real nice. love the paint scheme. great job with the decals, like always.
  16. YOU R BRAVE IF YOU R GOING TO DO IT FROM A STOCK BODY....IF THAT IS THE CASE YOULL NEED A YEAR JUST TO CLEAR YOUR HEAD ...LOL THANKS FOR WATCHING.
  17. THIS IS THE LINK FOR THE GROUP 5 CELICA i WAS TALKING ABOUT.
  18. please check some early post in this theme someone posted great photos in this unique celica. Man, if the kit you have is the tamiya curbside for sure you can do it in a month. the most time comsuming would be the body and tires details. with a good paint and decal work, some photo etch clips here and there and a clean interior, for sure you could do sometyhig cool. listen, I have the same all excuse, someday I would build this and that and years past and it does not go no were. we all love group fives but hardly people build them take advantage of the buildoff for motivation and let's have fun remembering the great old days of real racing. there will be time to do everything else....go open that box, see what you need and go to the hobby store and get it. clean the parts and the body. it will take you an hour or two. spray it, leave it...do some of the chassie, next couple of days take your time in the wheels, paint them right. detail, it will make the model stand out....the body should be dry, check, wet sand if you have to. do the decals, let it dry , next day a spray clear....next days finish the chassie part. and in the last week a little polish and you are done. come on....GROUP5, GROUP5, GROUP5, GROUP5.....
  19. I did the engine and the rear suspention. now I have to do the front suspention and work on the roll cage. the one that come with the kit is a 4 point cage.
  20. MODEL MARTIN, GREAT PICS OF YOUR WORK I AGREE ON THE BLACK 935... WERE R THE GROUPPIES??..ONE MORE MONTH TO DO THIS COME ON GET ON THE WAGON.....CURBSIDE WELCOME!!!!
  21. 935, this is one of my favorite car, I have that one on my list to re do. like you said, it needs lots of work and thats why I want to re doit right. Will be watching your build to get pointers. I have two Motorcrafts, but will order the speedline decals to have the miller version. Ilike it so much, that I will get another one in ebay, they are cheap!!!! to also do the miller with the red roof. we have a month for this build to be finish, let me get back to my bmw.....
