one thing that had to go is the pre molded side exaust. Replaced by a bigger pipe that actually will be conected to the pipe. the undercarriage did not even had a pre molded pipe, so I decided to scratch build one another thing I did not like was the turbo on the kit. I t had a air cleaner set up...WHAT??? so I cut it out and with a piece of pipe glued it to the face of the turbo for a more realistic look now I have to build the connections to the intercooler and work on the suspention.

More progress on my projects. bmw interior mustang body with decals. Now I have to fabricate the back wing and then to put the car back toguethther. on the BMW I have the engine almost done and will post photos later.

My 320si project start. Looking in ebay, found another bmw with full detail engine. and decided to do this one instead of the curbside. so far the the corrections. the chassie did not seat flush with the body so two pieces of plastic bems in each side corrected the problem. also to give it more detail in the engine compartment, I build strts colums with adjustable rings. today I will start with the body.

i HAVE THAT KIT OF THE 917..AND WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE THE REAR END SECTION, I GAVE UP, THE THING DID NOT WANTED TO LAY RIGHT AND THE BODY DID NOT WANTED TO SEAT RIGHT. SO I BOXED IT. BUT WILL BE CHECKING HOW YOU DO IT. THANKS FOR SHARING.

this what ford called the probe...it was a mid engine v8. this is maine done last year. did not corrected,but will in my next one soon.

Just wanted to point something out the 7 -11 kit is correct the one that needs to be corrected is the motorcraft one. the first version had the en...the exaust on theleft. since this is one of my most favotite race cars. I have a question. reading an article on ..sorry GREG. auto scale talking about this car it said they had problems with this engine and that even roush was building a v8 in secret ...later it talk about that they another 4 cil.....My Question. Did they use the 4 cil. that the merkur ran later. The SVO..... because I also have the 7-11 and the motorcraft kit and want to build them different. the motorcraft corrected and the 7-11 with the last engine they ran on it.

GREAT WORK ON THE MOBBY DICK I DID TWO OF THEM ALREADY, BUT THE BODY ON BOTH CAME WARPED. BUT I HAVE A NEW ONE FROM TAMIYA IN A BOX STILL. AND A 1/43 SCALE REVISED BODY FOR BETTER AIR DINAMICS. WILL PROBLABLY TAKE ONE OF THE WARP ONES, WORK THE BOBY AND MAKE IT THE MOMO VERSION.

me too, Got the 7-11 chiefs auto and the motorcraft in the list to do. also I have a EXP body ready to be modified and I am looking to get a probe body to do the same......AND IF I CAN GET MY HANDS IN A FAIRMONT FORGITABOUIT!!! HE WAS THE MAN !!!!!!
