  1. Correct. The 1983 style was released with the Regal. The Earnhardt Wrangler car and Elliott Melling car. As far as the Lumina goes, could there be a connection with Days of Thunder? Possibly a licensing issue?
  2. About 10 years ago, at one of the shows down in Massachusetts, there was a builder there that displayed the truck and trailer he entered in the AMT contest as a kid. I don't remember what he built for the tractor but it pulled the AMT Lowboy. He actually took third place in one of the monthly contests and still had the Badger Air Brush in it's original packing. He had the whole thing laid out on one of the tables with the letter from AMT congratulating him for his efforts. It was quite the topic of conversation to actually still have something for that long and still be in decent shape. If I recall it was at the Classic Plastic show in the Lawrence or Andover MA area.
  3. Apparently I was looking at the Aeromax 120 instructions for the RoG kit... Hopefully it all works out for you.
  4. There is a spacer that glues to the underside of the floor, part #148, then the floor glues to the frame rail mounts after the interior is glued into the cab. The spacer raises the front of the floor up off the frame mounts. Your either missing the spacer or you need to shim the floor up some more.
  5. Try using some low tack masking tape like the 3M Blue Painters tape on the outside of the cab, just enough to hold things in place, and apply your CA or liquid cement from the inside of the cab. Don't install the interior just yet, if you plan it right you can slide the interior in after the glue is fully cured.
  6. It looks like your front cab mount is too low. If you can carefully dis-assemble the cab from the frame you should be able to re-align the cab to fit the hood. Let the hood determine the cab location, not the other way around. You might need a spacer or a shim between the cab floor and the frame rail mount.
  7. My point was by saving the Rocketfin link you would then have several links. I suppose I'll go back to just viewing the board instead of participating.
  8. I've had this bookmarked for years, anytime I need a model related link I just go into my favorites and it's there. Search for it once, save it, and you always have it when you need http://www.rocketfin.com/model_car_links.html
