  1. Here's my 23 Ford made mostly from Brass. The only part that's plastic is the body. If you look closely, you can see the shifting and clutch linkage and brakes. It also has working U joints. Here are many of the hand-made brass parts that went into the model. If you look closely, you'll see the detailed brake shoes and springs. Here's a picture of the working suspension and steering. If you look closely, you'll see the thermometer on top of the radiator. I hope you enjoy looking at these pictures as much as I did making it.
  2. This is the new Revell 49 Merc that I sectioned and tapered the back. I took about 1/2 inch out of the back to get the "look" that I wanted.

  5. I built this brass model from scratch using the plastic kit as guides for each part. It won the Gerald Wingrove Scratchbuilding Award at the '07 GSL. It was my first time going to the GSL, so I was surprised that it won!!
