Does Anyone 3-D Print A Ford 300 Six Cylinder?

Id be interested in a couple 300's. Id like to build a model of my old truck, but I need a 300 to make it correct, specifically an EFI 300. -
That would be a holy grail for me. My first truck had a 300 I6 in it, and I'm trying to recreate it in scale, and this is the only stumbling block.
