When I decided to do O2 sensors, they had to go somewhere. All funny cars have a black box that all the electronics/ sensors etc feed into. When teams lift the body at the beginning of a run they are making adjustments to the black box as well as removing the throttle stop.

Putty Putty Putty Putty Doors /hood etc. carbon fiber body wouldn't have them. Very convenient. Hood fit was horrendous. + 1/16 off in width ? So
