it sounds like that on its own I added a clicker (best way to discribe it)that hits the prop.

I added a small Slightly Modified electric motor to this build(needed to use two to make one Longer shaft and extra bearing, check out the video and build pics. Thanks Harry and the rest who responded, I still need to add the Head light covers, I rushed it to get it on the Club Members Display at NNL East and did not glue the Head lights low enough (simple fix as soo as I can Find Them) Thanks Again Dave
