  2. Mmmm, I always thought that was a real one.. Cool.. and back to the 56 Belair. Paint and BMF looks great on it.. Wheels look great. gives it a really tuner look. Front bumper can't be upside down otherwise the bumperettes would be the other way. Gives it a much lower look. Look what I found
  3. A few Extra pics for a bump Electric over Hydraulics system Model Real (this pic was taken b-4 I got the newer one but same Bed) Thanks
  4. Lighting is tricky. it takes a bit to figure out the best lighting. There are some tips in the tips section http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22078 The TowTruck I built a few yrs ago modeled off of one I drove. It's a Century Metro with a 6 way wheel-lift, Collins Pop-up dollies (Cadillac of Dollies) and Warn 8,000lb winch. Every thing behind the cab is 100% Scratch built. Okay, the light bar is a kit item. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.p...c=10432&hl=
  5. Looks good as a Convertible. it needs some more lighting so we can see it better. That's all I can think of.

  8. Well my G/F picked this up for me today. Body is in good shape. Has decals Chrome and Glass still on their trees. Motor and suspension are Semi built Issued 1974? Maybe a Baja bug sounds good. And got this in the mail today
  9. Looks like one Fast UFO.. Goin to need an Oxygen Injector for space travel tho.
  10. Cool looking Project ya got going on. Cool door panels. Like the color choice.. Nice in the weeds stance for an Ole 4x4

  14. Engine and Compartment is looking Great. Don't ya think the air cleaner should be white-ish? And what is the Do-Hickie left of the air cleaner? Guess I don't don't know sup'd up Imports too well.
  15. Well there is an answer to a question I asked a Prior Posting Great looking truck.. Really Great.. Scratch work is amazing..
  16. WOW. The Bus and the Motor home look great. Is the Motorhome a resin or a Plastic kit-ish? I've seen them as a toy. The Ford Truck. Dang hard to tell it is a model. I'd swear that was a 1:1.. Excellent work.
  17. Right after I read Daves how-to I grabbed a model that has had some seams smoothed out and followed what he said to do. Tamiya Light Green TS-22 and Tamiya Clear. I think it turned out alright Thanks alot Dave.. This should be a Post Marked How-to.. Sorry to hear about you guys in AZ & CA.
  18. Yaaa, but wasn't it a smaller scale?? Saw it was and almost bought it. Multi piece body. I think it was 1/32?? I dreaming of a 1/25 1.24 scale. Yes, I know, keep on dreamin on.. I don't think they'll have alot of extra ones laying around. Most got used up playing Demolition Derby. A car soo big and heavy, it actually got outed. Or atleast in my area.
  19. Great looking Car Spyder.. . Chassis are looking Great.. I think we need some Photo Radar Vans too. I've seen a lot of them Lately in Portland. Or should they be called Easy Revenue Generators?
  20. OMG!!!!! What a lost. Looks to be a Very Cool looking car now. I wonder if they will do a model of it? I betcha the building had to change address. I do know that Bruce Lee didn't like the fact they wanted him to lose a fight to Robin. So they made it a Draw. I guess Kato had to hold back, a Lot. I've only heard Romurs about the Movie. I Hope it will be Waaaaaaaaaaaay Better than the SpeedRacer Movie. (Have yet to watch it)
  21. Well I was playing with a Dodge L-700 LWB I guess not so much as a Monster truck tho. I gotta say tho. The first Release thru Wallie World with the 40 Ford is a POS. Enough Flashing for another kit. Sink holes big enough to get lost in. Lack of solid mounting holes. Could be a fun Challenge.
  22. Some great looking Rides ya got there FujimiLover.. I'm sticking with the Mini Zs but still haven't found any affordable ones yet.. Thanks Lownslow Zuko? Cool, I like that. MMMmm, Wonder if I can change my name? I've been picking at models for yrs now and Never thought about those wheels b-4 Go figure, Playing catch up now
  23. Looks Great. Nice Idea. Nice to see one built I doubt they'd have any use for the ski rack tho UN of the Alps?
  24. A few wheels from HWJapan. Got these a while ago from my LHS on Close out They have been around for some time. And what .99 Cents get's ya off Ebay (minus shipping of course )
  25. Oouch! Guess I'm too cheap, I mean budget minded I have seen diecast of them tho. Well atleast the paint will strip easier. and the body looks straight. Back half looks better.
