Well, ya can't go wrond with Super GLue. I use it 80% of the time.. Clear coats are a tough one. I use Tamiya, Model Master, Testors, and Plasti-kote paints so I need their Clear for each one to insure it don't goof up. I love the LAMBO Gotta love a car that started out just to be better than a Ferrari. True story.

Thanks all. This is actaully the first Model I have finished in Many years. I have started many tho. The paint job is Different and wasn't all too hard or too easy. Just coming up with a paint theme that would make it stand out against the other Heavy Competition of Great builders in the build off was the hardest part. and I didn't have any Drifter Sponsor decals available. I did get the 2 Watanabe wheels from Mr Zinn Too. Interior pics. Nascar Rollcage sides with the rear strut tower brace and main hoop Cross sections I fabbed up. Converted from Auto Trans to 5spd with a Stick pin for shifter. Shifter boot from parts box Wheel test #1

Thanks and the pics make the lines look soo much cleaner I saw a small faded outline on a hood of a Datsun 510 some years ago. And it just come to me that it would make a cool Tribute to the East who started the Drifting Craze. (in which I barely know anything about except for what I saw on F&F Tokyo Drift ) It is the first, almost 100%, finished model in many yrs. I misplaced one of the chrome wheels. As Per Mr Zinn, Who needs a matching set anywhoo.

I still haven't found mine at my LHSs. What gives? They use to get it really quick. I'm Jonesing for my MCM Fix.. The other one barely gets a second glance. Flip thru once and I'm done. I need to be Entertained and Edukated on models.

Definitely step up to rattle cans. That's what I use. I'm not great at it but it works alright. Besides that, You got some really good Ideas into it. Good added detailing.. What's the burlap sack for? Unruly prisoners?

True, True. I have an urge to build another Chevelle and even do it better (than mine). And for Mr Zinn on the MadMax. Dang cool. Most people wouldn't be able to tell it wasn't the real deal.. And for your 1:1 build. I remember a few of those in HighSchool running around in Primer Classic High School HotRod..
