Dude, you've got some nice collection in that case. I really like your F1. Totally cool. Mike -
Harry, what a master piece. It will be a center of the display any place. I have the same kit but I don't know if its first issue or what, but the box art has one white and one red (I think) car on it. I will have to see what year it was made. Anyway, I'm interested to read more about all those inaccuracies you talked about. Did you build it online here or some other site that I can read?? TIA. Mike

Very nice Michael. Those wheels look awesome. I too will try and grab a can of Dupli color universal chrome and give it go over gloss black. Thanks for sharing the tip. Mike

Thanks for your input guys. I didn't think about their site. I'll take a look. Jeff, thanks for the link. -
Wow Romell, this is sweet project. I have couple off Pocher kits in my collection that I traded a local friend some 1/32 aircraft/jets for them. These kits are in the class of their own. You have to have your stuff together to tackle these suckers. Just like building a real car with out all the oil and grease...lol Since, last year i have been thinking about getting the Ferrari kit. I saw one that was converted into a race car and it got me drooling all of it or I should say for it. So, I'm saving all my nickles to get one soon. In the mean time, I'll be following your work here cause you are doing some great work to you kit. Also, nice clear photographs of you work. Thanks and keep up the good work. Mike

Car Hauler by Trick-my-truck
youngtiger1 posted a topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Anyone remember watching this show "Trick my Truck". Few years ago, I saw an episode where an Iraqi Vet's wife talked the guys into tricking he husbands car hauler. All I remember was that they painted it white with flying eagle on the hod and holding American flag by its claws. Anyone know of this truck? I looked all over the net for a pic of this rig but didn't find any. It sure was heck of a truck. Mike -
Hey Guys, I'm a new member here. I joined this site while back and surfed here without login, but now I sure can use some help from fine modelers here. I normally do Aircraft and armor but just recently I purchased the Revell 1/25 Kenworth Australian truck and 1/16 Peterbilt rig at a local model show. I will like to build the 1/25 scale truck into car hauler and 1/16 into a wrecker. Only down side, I need some detail plans to build these conversion and I looked all over the net searching for these but no luck. I've found a lot of pics but no plans. Can anyone help point me in the right direction so I can make these some what accurate measurements? I sure will appreciate any help. TIA. Mike
