  1. It's got rust, have to look for it very carefully. Im not going to weather the roof, seeing some of the cars at Billetproof with show car quality paint jobs on the roof gave me some ideas. The preal white came out with blotches and the metallic silver didn't impress me, so Im still looking at other options.

  3. Got this at the last Good-Guys show. Painted MM Citrus Yellow Met. with an Olive Drab and Silver intertior, wheels/tires from '32 Sedan, and maybe a spoiler. Still needs to be cleared.

  5. What are some ideal engines to transplant in the '55 Bel Air.
  6. Does it need to be a Model T, '32 Ford and the like? Does every square inch need to be rust? Should it just be on red wheels with whitewalls? The subject is so vague that "anything goes" or are there guide lines?
  7. One of the theme builds for NNL West is Rats, I have the Revell '55 Bel Air hardtop and need some ideas. These are some of my plans... Tamiya Coral Blue over red oxide, black, and different metalizers bumbers and continental kit from '55 Bel Air convertible Torque Thrust and Firestone tires from AMT '62 Bel Air stock grille replaced with '53 Corvette grille Buick style portholes on fender What's the best way to lower the front?

  9. Lately I've been detailing wheels and tires for fun using different technics, what are some of yours? AMT Firestone Wide Oval, white line done with India ink in groove Revell Cobra 427 and '32 Ford tires, Tamiya Bright Blue in groove like Goodyear Blue Streaks I'll get some wheels up later.
  10. Im waiting for some stuff for the '70 Monte Carlo so I though I'd do something in the mean time. Im using the racing intake from the '67 Corvette which has four Weber 2-bbl sidedraft carbs, Crager S/S on Goodyear Polyglass, and maybe the Grand Sport hood.

  16. I've chosen a color for now, Champagne Gold with a Saddle interior. I found a light too, its a Aoshima LED light that comes with a tear drop and bubblegum style lights that work. police light

  20. What is the best way to mask and paint the spokes on wheels like this while keeping a chrome lip? American Racing 200S What is the best stuff to use that replicates road grime besides Tamiya weathering sets? I have Rub 'N' Buff for worn off paint on the frame.
