  1. Guess I didn't think of it like that. LOL Guess I should learn to read BETWEEN the lines.
  2. Ken is the author of this book. http://www.amazon.ca/Build-Creative-Dioramas-Scale-Models/dp/0890243409
  3. No link, but I got them from the g scale train section on Ebay.
  4. That lowrider S-10 is gettin hard to come by. Wish I could find one.
  5. Thanks for the words of encouragement guys, it means a lot. Alberto, I have NO skill. I just build it the way I see it in my head. Obviously it's been a SLOW process.

Would these work for you? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Garage-Diorama-1-24-Workshop-Door-Graphic-02-/350546044290?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item519e2c2582
  7. Ahh yes, I LOVE Miami. Been a Dolphins fan for as long as I can remember. I'm also a Steelers fan.
  8. I would say my best Ebay score was a Johan Heavenly Hearse for $35 shipped, sealed.
  9. About 45 mins, depending on traffic.
  10. Hope you're closer to them than I am. I always buy a couple kits when I go to make it worth the trip.
  11. Ahh yes, forgot about that one. As well as the 72 Chevy Cheyenne. Luckily, I have 2 of each, SO FAR.
  12. I'd like em to re-release all the Chevy C1500-C3500 trucks. Maybe even the 58 Belvedere, that thing is gettin hard to find for a decent price.
  13. NICE!!!! Wish I had a space like that.
  14. This kind of thing is taking over our country. I totally believe in the 2nd ammendment, but we do need gun control for the potentially disturbed. I am VERY sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
  15. What slows down my builds??? LIFE!!!
  16. I pm'd him, so we'll see.
  17. Yes, but if we could find someone to cast the tires it would eliminate the need to buy the kit just for the tires.
  18. Humidity is the problem, just give it more time. I've never had probs with Duplicolor.
  19. Actually, the PP will strip laquer. But I usually sand it in a couple spots first down to bare plastic, that lets the PP get under the primer. It usually takes 2 days for me to strip a body.
  20. Those are a perfect fit too.
  21. I was thinkin they would make great spares too. I've got a Trumpeter 78 Monte and the tires look about the same size, let me check those.
  22. WOW, that is some VERY impressive work.
  23. When I recieved these I noticed they're quite small. MOST kit tires do not fit them. I realize they weren't made to accept tires, but if you were looking to put tires on them for diorama purposes I found that the rear tires from the Tamiya Toyota Hiace Quick Delivery Van fit them PERFECT.
  24. Figured I would add to this post instead of making a new one. Is there a resin short bed out there for the AMT 72 Chevy pickup?
  25. Thanks guys. They need to be the same diameter and offset too. JUST like the pic. I'm trying to gather up stuff to build a few of the cars from Dazed and Confused. The first link for Ma's resin looks like they would work.
