Tamiya lacquers are very good and can be ordered from Tower hobbies as well. Have you tried any automotive touch up paints like Duplicolor ? Most automotive stores should carry it. The product is very good and there is usually a great selection of colors.

No prob Steve. I know tat there are some people that feel that spraying can't be done in the winter. It is a huge pain, so last week I order a spray booth from Pace. Maybe next summer I'll give your method a try to see how the baking in the sun turns out.

Steve, What types of paints do you use ? I was curious because I am up in Northwestern Ontario, so I deal with the same winters as you do. Just like you I paint in my unheated garage. I mainly use Duplicolor Automotive Paints and have no trouble spraying during the cold months. I find that the paint sprays on nicely when the weather is cold.

I'm 37 Canadian or about 33 with the US exchange.

My condolences to everyone that knew Dan and was close to him. It is very difficult when we lose some of the true good guys in life.
