as long as you have sanded it correctly that shouldnt be a problem..... i usually use 3M blue stripe tape when i do stuff like that. its low tac, but leaves a nice crisp edge. bryan

nice! the real one is sweet, and im sure your build will be too........i love that blacked out look.. ive been drooling over a BMW for sale by my house, and everything is black.........paint, interior, wheels, and heavy tint on the windows.........looks great! cheers bryan

I would shoot the base color, then mask for stipes, shoot that color, and then clear it....... cheers bryan

thanks cranky! unfortunately i didnt sleep last night, and i am still shot this morning.......gonna try to catch a couple hours of sleep......... that "greasy gunk" has so much stuff in it.........black paint, rust, chunks of steel wool, baking soda, gray paint, water, and the list goes on........ cheers bryan
