  2. i got the powders applied now.......i used tamiya weathering powders for the first time tonight, and the "oil stain" color works great, looks like oil to me! thats some nasty greasy stuff! more to come bryan
  3. ok, here she is after all the washes.......looks like its been through a few nasty pennsylvania winters! now its on to weathering powders, and then a good coat of sealer... more to come, stay tuned cheers bryan

  6. one thing about adding baking soda to the paint washes.....make sure you seal it well with some dullcoat, if not...........and i learned this the hard way, it will turn back to white on you in 6 months! cheers bryan
  7. my usual assortment of rusty crusty washes...........my own custom blends. add those and a little baking soda in the right places, and you have some nice nasty gunk build up...... more to come! thanks for lookin bryan

  14. ok guys, i hsot the frame with black, after putting on the salt, then dusted it with "brown boots" and just a little red primer.......now its on to washes, and gunk! more to come! bryan
