  2. 'Dr. Cranky' timestamp='1336822882' post='693560'] Wayne, close minded people exist in all hobbies, all walks of life . . . that's how it goes and you can let them get you discouraged. Period. It's a great big world out there with room for everyone, so yes, I agree with you, we must keep at it. That is why I enjoy the club I am in, we all think out side the box--some are WAY out side the box but we like it that way, and we are not "rivet counters" . This is a hobby where you can express your self in your build. and I want to say all of you are doing some great work, please carry on Thank you for the eye candy

  14. This is a long term project I'm working on, The "plan" is this will be a custom hot rod, Custom int. "blown" 426 Hemi, ladder bars, tubbed, and low, I started with an old AMT 1/16 scale 55 chevy and a wild idea,, I have corrected the door jams, scratch built and moved the fire wall back about 4 scale inches to have room for a 426 Hemi engine w/4 speed, I narrowed the rear frame, made wheel tubs and trunk floor, scratch built a new floor pan.
